Taste of Australia returns on Friday, 13th January as we bring together our community for an evening of fine Australian food and wine from around the country, featuring Victorian grass-fed lamb roasted on open-fire BBQs by Australian Guest Chef, MLA Lambassador, Troy Payne. A sophisticated soiree on the garden lawn at the Beach Rotana will offer our guests live cooking stations featuring West Australian Lobster and other Australian seafood specialties.
But it's not all seafood and lamb as the Beach Rotana team will bring Australian flavours across the canape and dessert stations with wine pairings throughout the night. Prepare for a perfect evening of networking and socialising, whilst being entertained by Australian guitarist and presenter, Kitch with some Australian classics and modern tunes.
