Featuring Victorian grass-fed lamb shoulder courtesy of Meat & Livestock Australia​.

A sophisticated evening, at the stunning Mika-Yas Marina​, will see Chef-Patron, Mario Loi treating us to a carefully curated Australian-inspired menu.

The fabulous Sharon Pakir ​is our Master of Ceremonies for the evening and Randy Reibling will be sure to entertain us with some

classics and modern tunes.
